The Jewel of India: Kashmir

Imagine yourself opening a box that’s been lying in the storage of your house. You don’t want to go, open the box because you dread the dust, the allergies & the dark. You know the box houses precious items but you put it off because – “who would enter the moist, damp & dark storage?”. What if a mosquito hiding in one of those corners bit you? What if you stub your toe. And then when you actually open the box, you realise that it’s all beautiful & gorgeous – more than anything you have ever seen in your life. And the storage – it’s not that bad. In fact, you have stubbed your toe often at the entrance of the house.

That’s Kashmir – of beautiful, warm people, clear skies like the hearts of the locals, happy flowers, snow-capped mountains, blue Dal Lake & the crazy wilderness.

For once, visit Kashmir & live a few days in the paradise on Earth.
